UPON CANCELLATION, WE WILL COORDINATE A SUITABLE TIME TO RESCHEDULE YOUR CLEANING. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED 48-HOUR NOTICE, A CHARGE OF 25% OF YOUR CLEANING FEE WILL APPLY. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE CLEANING FEE. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH OUR OFFICE.
